We collaborate with our clients and their insurance carriers to complete projects in a professional and efficient manner.

How We Work

24/7/365 – We are always available because disasters can strike at any time. We have teams on call to respond whenever disaster strikes. We always have a live person ready to take your call and obtain all the information needed to dispatch a team to respond.

Leadership

Project manager will generally arrive onsite within 1 to 2 hours to begin assessing the scope and magnitude of each project. Once he/she has determined what is necessary to begin the restoration process a crew is dispatched immediately to commence the mitigation  work.

Communication

DRS will keep you well informed throughout the entire restoration process. In addition, we work closely with your insurance carrier to efficiently complete all tasks needed to restore your business/home to it’s pre-loos condition
